Moerieda Mackay: Founder and CEO
Moerieda is a tenacious strategist and management consultant. Prior to embarking on her entrepreneurial journey, Mackay was an IT Executive for African Bank. She also head the Corporate Project Management Office, Process Management and Business Architecture functions for Cell C, South Africa’s 3rd largest cellular network operator. Over the years she held various senior leadership positions in Nedbank, Standard Bank, Absa, Transnet Freight Rail and the National Youth Development Agency.
Mackay holds a MSc.(Eng), Industrial Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand and is an accredited innovation practitioner.
Dr Bruno Emwanu: Strategy and Insights
Strategy consultant with practical, academic and research insights on strategy. Bruno brings passion and deep insight into strategy. He lectured Business Strategy at Makerere Business School in Africa, researched over 20 South African companies on strategy processes, has a PhD from Wits University, specialising in Strategy Process and Measurement. He worked as Head of Business Development in Association of Manufacturers, consulted and done studies funded by African Development Bank, and DANIDA, advisory to study by Genesis consulting for DTI on the metal sector in South Africa, study for UNICEF in partnership with DSD, and worked as Private Sector Liaison office to the World Bank. He currently lectures at Wits University on Business Management, and Operations Strategy and performing research on Business Strategy.
